Today’s Favorite Song is…

24 Jul

“Mercy” by Duffy.

I absolutely adore this song. I love her voice and it makes me want to dance.

Enjoy. It’s a “hot” video for a hot day.

If my technical abilities have failed me, you can find the video here.

Oh, and I am in love with her red heels in the video. I want need them.

Mrs. V

The shoes are hard to see in this video, definitely easier to see on TV. Red patent leather 5 inch heels… totally impractical, but completely awesome!

Can’t see the shoes all that well, but from what I could see, they remind me of the red pumps I had in high school, which I wore to the homecoming dance. The one I went to with Tom. Remember him? **giggle**

Is it sad that I have never heard of the song or singer before? *lol*

Debra: Glad you liked it too!

Julie: Oh, that’s not sad. Did you enjoy it thought?

RC: Yeah, I’m disappointed that you can’t see them better, but mark my words, the shoes are pretty cool. As for Tom, I think I remember him. 😉

Oh, I love this song, too! I bought it from iTunes a few months ago. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to buy the album.

Oh, and get the shoes. Sky high red heels are TOTALLY practical for preschool!

(Speaking of which, did you ever see “Honeymoon in Vegas” with Nicolas Cage and Sarah Jessica Parker? She’s a preschool teacher — supposedly — but she wears microminis and high heels at all times. Made me want to scream.)

Kiri8: I’m unsure about the album too. I’ve been watching a few of her other videos on youtube. I’ve seen “Honeymoon in Vegas” and as funny as it was, her wardrobe bugged me too, LOL.
